Read panel schedules, build rough 3D models, and place each run on a bed. Files stay on this computer.

Illustrative demo loaded. Upload your run PDFs, or open an exported project to continue existing work.

Readable panel dimensions are placed at this destination as a review preview. Missing dimensions or insufficient space keep the run in the library.

Drawing geometry · editable

Illustrative demo geometry. Upload a production drawing for actual panel information. Coordinates below are from the lower-left corner of the panel form view, before bed rotation. Voids are through all three layers in this rough model.

Envelope dimensions are read from dimension text. Openings are scaled from vector linework and need review. Changing size does not recalculate drawing weight, reinforcement or anchor positions.

Layers: 3.5″ concrete + 3″ insulation + 3.5″ concrete. Connections between concrete layers are not modeled.

Openings and edge blockouts

All values in feet. A void touching an outer edge creates a blockout or a small remaining leg.

Opens STEP files exported by NEP Production or Panel Lift Studio. Drawing revisions still require review. Geometry viewing does not check lifting capacity.

Install NEP Production

Open the hosted app in Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. Use the browser’s Install app option in the address bar or menu. The app will get its own icon and window.

Installation requires an HTTPS website or a localhost preview. After the app says “Ready for offline use”, cached tools and locally stored projects can be used offline.

This pilot keeps projects on this device. Company login and shared storage have not been added.

BUILDING B / BED CONVERSATION

Bed chat

Bed, production date and run stay linked.

Verify run number

Check this against the source PDF. Changing this label does not change panel marks, geometry, the source PDF or the permanent run ID. Existing chat messages retain their original run label.

BUILDING B / DEPARTMENTS

Department layout

The rooms follow the right-hand strip in your Building B layout. The list is ordered from Bed 1 toward Bed 8. Room sizes and aisle widths are schematic, not measured.

A department tag on a local bed message does not send it to that department.

3D Model · Model Builder

Architectural + structural → coordinated model → erection → production

Local working demo · PDF text extraction and manually verified rectangular panels. Exports and sheets are draft geometry only; openings, embeds, reinforcement and engineering checks are not modeled.

Build the coordinated 3D model before production.

Upload architectural and structural drawings, extract model information, resolve conflicts, approve model-ready data, generate the 3D model, then use that same approved source for erection drawings and production tickets.

Drawing intelligence

Sheets, revisions, grids, levels, walls, openings, columns, beams, slabs and major dimensions.

3D model source

Resolve source questions, then manually transfer verified dimensions to the panel table. Automatic geometry extraction is not connected.

One source downstream

Erection drawings and production tickets are generated from the same approved model data.

Drawing intake

Load the current architectural and structural sets for the same project.

Architectural drawing set

Plans, elevations, sections, openings, finishes, wall types and revisions.

No architectural file selected.

Structural drawing set

Grids, levels, columns, beams, slabs, framing, foundations and notes.

No structural file selected.
Prototype note: the saved page can demonstrate the workflow. Production-grade scanned drawing recognition will need the extraction/OCR/vision backend connected later.

Data extraction

Review the values found in the drawing set before they can be used for modeling.

Grids + levels

No extracted records yet.

Geometry

Walls, openings, columns, beams and slabs will be stored as structured model elements.

Revisions

Sheet and revision references stay attached to each extracted value for traceability.

Model-ready data

This is the verified source that should feed the geometry engine.

No model data loaded.

Panel geometry · metres

Enter verified dimensions and positions. This draft supports solid rectangular panels only.

Generate 3D

Build a rectangular draft from manually entered panel dimensions and reviewed source evidence.

Waiting for approved model data.

3D review

Review the generated building before erection or production documents are released.

Geometry review

Check grids, levels, walls, openings, columns and beams against the source drawings.

Element status

Panel colors identify separate solids. Source approval is tracked in Cross-check & approval.

Revision impact

Future revisions can identify which model elements and downstream documents need regeneration.

Drag the model to orbit; scroll to zoom. Use the view controls on Generate 3D.

Model exports

Different formats serve the web viewer, CAD and BIM workflows.

GLB / glTF

Fast website and browser visualization.

STEP

Accurate CAD geometry for SolidWorks and related workflows.

IFC

BIM exchange with Revit, Tekla and other IFC-compatible tools.

GLB uses metres; STEP uses millimetres. IFC is not yet connected. Draft exchange files require validation in your receiving CAD/BIM application.

Erection drawing generator

Generate erection plans and elevations from the approved model instead of redrawing them independently.

Plans

Panel marks, grids, locations, dimensions and sequencing.

Elevations

Panel joints, marks, openings, levels and callouts.

Schedules

Panel quantities, weights, references and revision status.

No erection set generated in this prototype.

Production ticket generator

Use each approved model object as the source for its production ticket.

Panel geometry

Mark, dimensions, thickness, openings, volume and weight.

Production information

Embeds, finishes, connection data, reinforcement and lifting information when approved.

Revision control

Regenerate only tickets affected by a model change.

No tickets generated.

Production ticket checker

Compare the finished ticket back to the approved model source before release to production.

PanelCheckModelTicketResult

Generate or import tickets to compare actual values.
